Hardieville

Hardieville, a charming neighborhood in North Lethbridge, has a rich history dating back to its coal-mining roots in the early 1900s. Originally a bustling mining town, it later gained a bit of fame for bootlegging during Prohibition. Named after William Hardie, a former mayor of Lethbridge, the area became part of the city in 1978. Today, Hardieville is a peaceful residential community, bordered by Scenic Drive and 13 Street North, with easy access to nearby neighborhoods like Legacy Ridge and Uplands.
